By downloading, installing, or using Globzy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Globzy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Globzy. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users in certain jurisdictions may be subject to higher minimum ages under local law.
You sign in via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your Globzy account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@globzy.com.
You agree to use Globzy only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
You retain ownership of the content you post (messages, photos, bio text). By posting content on Globzy, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without notice.
We provide in-app tools to block and report users. Reports are reviewed by our safety team. We may issue warnings, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms.

🚨 Zero tolerance: Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors will be immediately removed and reported to the relevant authorities. Such accounts will be permanently banned.
Your use of Globzy is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described therein.
The Globzy name, logo, and all related design elements are the intellectual property of Globzy. You may not use our trademarks, branding, or content without our prior written permission.
You may deactivate or delete your account at any time via Settings → Account Danger Zone. Account deletion requests enter a 30-day grace period after which your data is permanently removed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice, if necessary to protect users or the platform.
Globzy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for content posted by users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globzy and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
