📋 Short version: Be respectful, stay legal, and keep Globzy safe. If these terms are broken, we may warn, suspend, or remove accounts.
By downloading, installing, or using Globzy ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Globzy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Globzy. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Some regions may require a higher minimum age under local law.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity under your Globzy account. If you notice unauthorized use, contact us at globzyapp@gmail.com.
Globzy may offer optional subscriptions (for example, Globzy Premium) inside the Android app. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are also subject to Google Play’s terms and policies. Weekly, monthly, and annual plans unlock the same Premium experience; pricing and renewal terms are shown at purchase time.
The core Globzy experience — discovery, real-time chat, translation, and social features — is free to use and supported by ads on Android. Free accounts may be subject to usage limits, including but not limited to:
We may adjust free-tier limits, ad placements, or bonus mechanics over time. Current limits are also shown in the app when a limit is reached.
Active Globzy Premium subscribers receive an ad-free app experience and expanded entitlements while Premium remains active, including benefits such as:
Premium benefits may stop if your subscription expires, is canceled after the paid period, is revoked, or cannot be verified. Exact entitlements may vary by platform, region, and app version and are shown in the in-app Premium screen.
Globzy’s free experience may include ads, including banner, native, interstitial, app-open, and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are optional and may unlock a limited bonus, such as extra translation access, only when you choose to watch them.
When you buy a subscription, it may auto-renew until you cancel in your Google Play account. Google Play may require cancellation before the end of the current period for the cancellation to apply to the next renewal. Pricing, trials, taxes, and renewal dates are shown to you at purchase time in Google Play.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions here: Google Play subscriptions. If you cancel, Premium may remain available until the end of the current paid period. For purchase problems, start with Google Play’s purchase help; for account-specific billing questions, contact us at globzyapp@gmail.com.
In-app purchases and subscription features may differ by platform, region, and app version.
Globzy includes AI-powered companion profiles ("AI Companions") that are not real human users. AI Companions are clearly identified in the app with an AI badge in the Explore feed and in the chat screen.
You agree to use Globzy lawfully and in a way that respects other people. You must not:
All content submitted on Globzy — including images and messages — may be automatically analyzed and blocked by our content moderation systems. Violations may result in content removal, message blocking, account suspension, or permanent ban.
You keep ownership of what you post (messages, photos, profile text). By posting content on Globzy, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit it only as needed to run the service.
You are responsible for your content. We may remove content that breaks these Terms, with or without notice. All images and messages are subject to automated content moderation — see our Privacy Policy — Section 6 for details.
We provide in-app tools to block and report users. Our safety team reviews reports. If these Terms are violated, we may issue warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.
Reports may include spam, fake profiles, harassment, inappropriate content, underage concerns, or other safety risks.

🚨 Zero tolerance: Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors will be immediately removed and reported to the relevant authorities. Such accounts will be permanently banned.
Your use of Globzy is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to the data practices described there.
The Globzy name, logo, and related design elements are our intellectual property. You may not use our trademarks, branding, or content without written permission.
You may deactivate or delete your account at any time in Settings → Account Danger Zone. Deactivation temporarily hides your profile and chats; you can reactivate by logging in again.
Deletion requests enter a 30-day grace period, after which your data is permanently removed. Logging back in during that grace period cancels deletion.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including immediately when needed to protect users or the platform.
Globzy is provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for content posted by users.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Globzy and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. If a dispute arises, both sides agree to first try to resolve it in good faith. If that does not work, the dispute may proceed to binding arbitration under applicable rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you in the App or by email. Continuing to use Globzy after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
