Billing & Premium (Android)
Optional Globzy Premium subscriptions are purchased through Google Play and remove ads while active. Weekly, monthly, and annual plans unlock the same benefits, including unlimited messages and translations, profile insights (who viewed or liked you), advanced filters, Voice Intro, icebreakers, chat wallpapers, and more.
- In the app: open Settings, then tap the Premium card or Premium badge
- Free users may see AdMob ads; available users can manage consent in Settings > Ad Preferences
- Manage or cancel: Google Play subscriptions
- If Premium does not activate, use Restore in the Premium screen while signed in to the same Globzy account
- Receipts and charge disputes: start with Google Play help, then email globzyapp@gmail.com with your Google account email, Globzy account email, and order details
Safety & Abuse Reports
If you face harassment, impersonation, or harmful behavior:

Frequently Asked Questions
Complete your profile details — add a bio, profile photo, and the languages you speak.
Also make sure Settings → Privacy → Show in Discover is enabled. Profiles
with a photo and bio are discovered more often by other users.
Check that Globzy has system notification permission enabled in your device's
Settings → Apps → Globzy → Notifications. Also open
Globzy → Settings → Notifications and confirm the toggles you care about are on.
You can also manage email updates (like activity summaries and friend suggestions)
from the same Notifications screen.
On Android, ensure battery optimization is not restricting Globzy's background activity
(Settings → Battery → App battery usage → Globzy → Unrestricted).
Open the user's profile and use the block and report controls (three-dot menu or the Report button).
Select the report category that best fits — spam, fake profile, harassment, inappropriate content,
or underage concern — and add any relevant context. Safety reports are reviewed and prioritized by
our team. You can also email
globzyapp@gmail.com for urgent cases.
Globzy stores only the data needed to run the service and secures all connections
with HTTPS/WSS. Your profile visibility, who can message you, online status, last seen,
age display, read receipts, and Discover feed visibility are all under your control in
Settings → Privacy. You can also block any user instantly from their profile.

General queries (billing, bugs, account help) are usually answered within
24 hours. Safety, login, and account-access issues are handled
with higher priority. For urgent safety concerns email
globzyapp@gmail.com directly with
"Urgent Safety Report" in the subject line.
Voice Intro lets you record a short audio clip (up to 15 seconds) that plays on your
profile — a great way to make a more personal first impression. Recording and editing
Voice Intro is a Globzy Premium feature; once recorded, anyone can hear it
for free. To add one, upgrade to Premium via Settings → Premium, then go to
Profile → Voice Intro, tap record, and save.
Swipe left on any conversation in your Chats list and tap the pin icon.
Pinned chats stay at the top so you can quickly return to important conversations.
Free accounts can pin up to 3 conversations; Premium unlocks more.
Swipe left again to unpin.
Globzy Premium (Android, via Google Play) removes ads and unlocks benefits such as unlimited daily messages
and translations, full lists of who viewed or liked your profile, advanced discovery filters, Voice Intro,
more profile photos and languages, a longer bio, native-language icebreakers, the full chat wallpaper
collection, photo filters, bio translation, and peak activity insights. Open Settings → Premium
in the app for the current comparison table and pricing in your region.
Yes. Free accounts may have daily limits such as 5 messages and 10 translations per day, up to 3 pinned
chats and 3 profile photos, English-only icebreakers, and teaser-only profile view/like lists. Limits are
shown in the app when you reach them. You can watch optional rewarded ads for some bonuses (like extra
translations) or upgrade to Premium to remove limits and ads.
AI Companions are AI-powered profiles you can chat with anytime.
They are clearly marked with an AI badge in Explore, on profile pages,
and in the chat header, so you always know you are talking to AI
and not a real person.
