Child Safety Standards

1. Minimum Age Requirement

Globzy is strictly for users aged 18 and above. The age picker during profile setup enforces a minimum of 18 years. Any account found to belong to a minor is reviewed and permanently removed from the platform.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAE

We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy for:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
• Sharing, requesting, or distributing sexually explicit content involving minors
• Any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits children

Any user found engaging in such activity is permanently banned and their account is removed. We cooperate fully with law enforcement requests and take all legally required reporting steps, including reporting to relevant national authorities as required by applicable law.

3. In-App Reporting

Every user profile and conversation on Globzy includes a built-in reporting tool. Users can report:

• Inappropriate or harmful content
• Suspected CSAM or grooming behavior
• Suspicious profiles or messages

Reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. Accounts confirmed to have violated this policy are permanently removed from the platform.

4. Content Moderation

• All submitted images and messages are automatically scanned on our servers using self-hosted machine learning models to detect prohibited content, including CSAM indicators, before delivery
• Content that fails automated moderation is blocked instantly and not stored on our platform
• Reported content is also reviewed by our Trust & Safety team
• Content that violates our policy is removed without prior notice
• Repeat offenders are permanently banned from the platform

5. Account Verification & Authentication

Globzy uses Google Sign-In as its primary authentication method. This provides an additional layer of identity verification and reduces the ability of bad actors to create anonymous accounts at scale.

6. Account Data & Deletion

When an account is deleted, Globzy retains the data for a 30-day grace period before permanent removal. During this window we can assist law enforcement requests with relevant account data, messages, and media in accordance with applicable law.

7. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

Globzy complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including:

• Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
• EU Digital Services Act (DSA) child protection provisions
• India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021
